TERMS

R25 000 refundable deposit (EFT cash transfer only). Bidders must also provide original proof of identity and residence on registration. No cash or cheques will be accepted at the auction. No exceptions. All bids are exclusive of VAT. Stonehenge Auctions may bid up to reserve on behalf of the sellers. Subject to change without notification.

 

BIDDING REGISTRATION

All interested buyers need to register here in order to bid at the auction. Please download the investment pack with all the information you require for the auction.

Rules and Conditions of Sale for this Auction

a) The highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser;

b) The Auctioneer has the right to regulate the bidding. He may furthermore withdraw any lot at any time;

c) The Auctioneer does not hold himself responsible for any errors or disruptions. A bid shall be taken as proof that the bidder has made himself/herself acquainted with the conditions for the lots for which he/she bids and the rules of the Auction as published on the Stonehenge Auctions website;

d) All goods are sold “voetstoots”;

e) Terms: 10% (unless otherwise indicated at the auction) plus VAT, Auctioneers commission, plus 5% of purchase price is immediately payable via EFT at the fall of the hammer;

f) All bids are exclusive of VAT;

g) All sales are final and at the Auctioneers discretion; and

h) All proceedings of this auction will be recorded
